Some might be of the opinion that the government’s doling out free cash is not in the right spirit. But think of the healthy objective. When Washington D. C. has taken this step out of concern for its population and its well being – when it is actually trying to safeguard the very air they breathe from turning into a mass of venomous gas, no one should e complaining. The products would be locally manufactured and this would require manpower which would kick-start employment generation. This is in addition to the savings on the energy bills which can go through the roof because of seedy electric equipment.
